Cancellation

1-Cancelation by Customer:

Cancellation: Costumer can cancel the order if it get placed by mistake. To place cancellation request customer can call our Customer Care Team at +91-99910-37500 or can write an email at care@herbalheritage.co.in. The order can only be cancelled only within 1-2 hour after placing it and in case the order get dispatched from our end then it cannot be cancelled.

Refund: In this case, If pre-paid order cancelled on above ground, we will refund the money within 7 working days and it will be refunded by the method you paid us.

2-Cancelation by Us if any order details found suspicious or fake or fraud:

Cancellation: We also can cancelled the order without informing to customer any time; if we found any one of following –

a- In Complete Contact Details and Address.

b- Any Duplicate information.

c- Any fraud.

d- Any doubtful information in order.

3-Cancelation by Us if we are not able to dispatch due to any unavoidable circumstances:

We have reserve rights to cancel the order in case of following –

a-If suddenly stock get over.

In this case we may request to customer to give some additional time to dispatch order as stock available. If customer approves, we will try to dispatch goods as stock available.

b-If found any issue in stock at the time of dispatch.

In this case we may request to customer to give some additional time to dispatch order as stock available. If customer approves, we will try to dispatch goods as stock available.

c-If your delivery area is out of range of our courier service provider’s service area.

In this case we may request to customer to change courier service provider. If we found any courier service provider which provides services in your area, we will take prior approval of customer and then dispatch the order with that courier service provider.

d-If our courier service provider is not able to delivery at your area due to any unavoidable circumstances.

In this case we will cancel the order with information to customer and refund the money in 7 days and it will be refunded by the method you paid us.

4-Cancelation & Refund Post Delivery:

If you found physically damaged product at delivery, then contact us within 1-2 hours of delivery. We will examine the reported issue and it’s found genuine we will replace the goods. Or in case customer wants refund then we will refund the money in 7 days and it will be refunded by the method you paid us.

5-Notes:

a-There will be no refund for Cash on Delivery order. Refund is applicable only for the orders which are paid online and canceled on the above mentioned cancellation ground only with a real reason.

b-Refund time can be vary from 7 days also. Its depends on the processing payment gateway company.

c-The order shouldn’t be refunded if it was placed to intentionally harmed or trick to get refund.
